Billing & Payments

1. When will I be billed for my account?
Your credit card is debited upon the time you place your order, and it is pro-rata billed, depending on how many days are left in the current month. If you sign up for our $9.00/mth plan on the 15th of the month, you will be charged $4.50 for the remaining 15 days of the month, and then you will be charged $9.00 on the 1st of the next month. You are then subsequently charged $9.00 (Plan Web 200) on the 1st of each month following.

Important Note:
Customers who ordered before Nov 1, 2005 are billed on their anniversary billing date.


2. Do you have any pre-payment options?
At this time, we do not offer pre-payment as an option. Web hosting services are billing on a monthly basis, which keeps things simple for account upgrades/downgrades.

3. How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, please submit a ticket with the following information:
1) Domain name.
2) Account username and password.
3) The last 4 digits of your credit card number, that you used to create your account.

Make sure you have copies of all your files before you submit a cancelation request. As soon as you submit your request to cancel your account, billing is stopped and your account removed from the server.
